Entries are now open for PIXEL PASTEL 2026, the 6th edition of our international online juried exhibition. Pastel artists from around the world are invited to submit their artwork. Please consult the 2026 Prospectus for eligibility requirements, submission guidelines, and important dates. Entry deadline: October 9, 2026. The online exhibition opens on November 15, 2026.

The exhibition celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Pastel Society of Eastern Canada (PSEC) was held from October 8 to 26, 2025, at Espace Quatre Cents in Québec City’s Old Port.
Free to the public, it offered a vibrant and welcoming program filled with color, emotion, and inspiring encounters, proudly marking three decades of art and sharing within the pastel community.

THE PASTEL SOCIETY OF EASTERN CANADA

Also known by the acronym PSEC, the Pastel Society of Eastern Canada is a group of professional, semi-professional and amateur painters who use dry pastel as a medium. Founded in 1995, we are therefore a renowned association in the pastel sphere whose legal status is that of a non-profit organization.
