The Pastel Society of Eastern Canada (PSEC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to :
- Promoting artistic activities as well as knowledge and appreciation of the arts in the pastel medium;
- Carrying out exhibitions for members and implementing any other appropriate means for the education of the public in the pastel medium by encouraging artistic development through workshops, conferences and publications.
